We’re getting married!
The setting is stunning, we’re finally making it official, and it wouldn’t feel complete without the people we love most.
That’s why you’re here—hopefully to say yes to coming!
Here’s what’s happening:
Wedding Ceremony on Kana Bridge (a beautiful bridge that leads to the crystal blue Caribbean, surrounded by mangroves)
Cocktail Hour immediately after, by the North Pool
Dinner directly after cocktails, at the North Pool, under the palms and string lights—with good company and the kind of vibe that doesn’t need overplanning.
We’re not overthinking this. And if you know me, you know that’s not my default setting. I’m a former Rockette. A woman who runs companies, shows up for her daughter, and can turn just about anything into a production-level event.
But the truth is—this wedding kept getting postponed because I just couldn’t find the time to plan it.
I didn’t want to keep postponing marrying Simon—my partner in love, life, business, and all the chaos in between—just because I couldn’t make time to pick napkin colors.
So we finally said: if we get the killer location, the killer outfits, and invite the people we love most… the rest doesn’t matter.
We don’t need musicians, a thousand flowers, or a formal menu tasting. It’s an all-inclusive resort. If you don’t like the wedding food? We’ll walk to one of the restaurants and order something else. Easy.
Look at me… letting something go and saying I don’t care if it’s not perfect.
That’s called GROWTH, y’all
This wedding is about celebrating that I found the best partner in the world for me—and that’s more than enough.
Paradisus Playa del Carmen has two sides, and you get to choose what fits you best:
Note: All wedding guests are required by the resort to stay on-site.
Once the booking link and group rate are live, we’ll share it here so you can book directly.
Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is about a 45-minute shuttle ride from the airport.
We’ll share trusted transportation options here once they’re confirmed.
A valid passport is required, but no visa is needed for guests from the U.S., U.K., Canada, and most other countries.
Your Version of Fabulous. Whatever that means—glam, chill, or anything in between. Wear what makes you feel like the best version of yourself—because that’s exactly who we want there.
If you want to wear your wedding dress again, do it. Seriously (these dresses cost too much to only wear once in our lives!)
If it’s all white, we love it.
If it’s sequins, silk, linen, or something you’ve been dying to wear but never had the occasion—this is your moment!
You’re a 10.
Riccardo said it, and we agree.
Loftiss always brings full glam and color—the kind that makes even the tropics feel underdressed. Luke and Bella look like models, whether they’re on the runway or being casually papped in sweats.
And Dagney? She’s going ALL OUT designing her dream look for this event. Hope everyone’s ready.
So yes—go big. Go bold. Wear white.
If casual is more your vibe, no stress—just dress in whatever makes you feel most like you.
Just maybe skip anything that would scandalize the waitstaff.
This is an all-inclusive resort, so all meals, drinks, and room service are included with your stay.
There are multiple restaurants, bars, and upgrade options if you’re feeling fancy.
We’ll be serving dinner at the wedding, of course—with champagne and non-alcoholic options for the toast.
Yes, we picked from the wedding menu options. No, we didn’t taste-test anything. If it’s not great? No big deal. We’ll relocate to a taco bar or restaurant on-site and keep the good times rolling. This celebration is about the people, not the plate.
Pro tip: Make a reservation at Sal Steakhouse for one of your nights—it’s on the adults-only side, and the included menu is solid. Last time, Simon and I upgraded the steak and lobster, and it was nearly as good as one of Jay’s Atlanta dinners.
And Chef Dave—don’t worry, I know better than to compare anything to your kitchen magic.
But hey, it’s still great that you don’t have to cook and can actually relax for once, right? (Say yes!)
We’ll need to know:
Do I need to stay at the resort?
Yes. Paradisus requires wedding guests to be staying on-site.
Are kids welcome?
Absolutely. The Family Concierge side is designed for families, and the kids club is safe, professional, and fun.
What if I don’t drink?
We’ll have non-alcoholic options available during the wedding, including for toasts.
Should I bring a gift?
No. Your presence is more than enough.
What if I RSVP yes and then need to cancel?
Just let us know as soon as possible—we completely understand.
